Auras, Tuning, and The Nature of Light

The physicists telling the history of Chromotherapy (colored light treatment), added their understanding of 21st century quantum mechanics (everything is vibrating at the molecular level). [1]

Specific colors, or measurable energy vibrations, either activate or relax the body’s energy, which then triggers a biochemical reaction.

Einstein showed the world, with E = Mc2,

(Energy = Mass X the speed of light squared)

that matter equals energy - when moving fast enough.

(This makes people an expression of energy too.)

These are sequential images measured overnight. A heat scale explains the colors (red is warmer, dark blue is cooler).

Chromotherapy Treatments Today

At the annual conference of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in 1990, scientists reported on the success of blue light treatments for addictions, depression and eating disorders.

Blue light, used to treat neonatal jaundice since the 1960s, is also used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, to relieve pain, burns and lung conditions, a sedative.

Red light is effective in cancer treatment, constipation, and wound healing, a stimulant.

Full spectrum white light is used to treat cancers, SAD, anorexia, insomnia, alcohol and drug dependency, a balancing effect.

Why is Chromotherapy effective?

Dr. John Ott, in his book, Health and Light, describes how sunlight can be received through the eyes or the skin and will then stimulate internal glands by way of the blood.

He noted that different colors affect different enzyme reactions [3]

The aim of chromotherapy is to stimulate the restoration of balance and normal functioning to the body.

Author’s Conclusions

The authors state: “No controversies were found among the theories presented in research work conducted in any area of the world.”

“Many parts of humankind’s explorations have been neglected, discarded, or ignored. Chromotherapy has been neglected.

Vibration of one kind or another is the common feature of many curative systems of treatment.”

“We conjecture that color is a quantum state of matter.”
